• Sponsor Equity/Development Capital –  Equity sponsorship is available to meet the requirements of debt provider covenants to support existing or scheduled projects.
• Construction Loans – Financing costs associated with developing and constructing commercial solar farms.
• Permanent “Take Out” Financing – Upon completion, permanent financing is amortized over 20-25 years and loan amounts are determined by the Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) in place and the contracted purchase amounts.
